The old-phase was based on control by rules, whether you liked it or not these rules were set by the very few, and designed to filter/block you from all options of expression/experience possible ... those in power controlled every ascpect of your expression by rules, what you could do or not do what you could read and not read, see and not see .....

this was done by controlling the mediums or outlets that you have to express through

the new-phase will be the reverse, that is it will not be rules which determine your limits of expression, but quiet the opposite, your unlimited permutations of expressions and experience will determine and create the mediums on which they travel and are communicated to the masses no longer will the few control how you feel and you be you can only move as fast as you conscious awareness allows you the basis for this new phase shall be

only serve to empower others only create in order to freely contribute to others only focus in order to distribute and so on forever looping once profit motive is removed, education will replace it

how so ? ... education, knowledge, wisdom ... to understand, to know self, to know universe, to know all will be the goal of attainment and not the $$ currently the $$ is the goal and all else is of no value but do know this, the currency of your probable future will be love and acceptance of all ... the more you can love and accept, themore valuable you will be ... this comes hand in hand with education, knowledge and wisdom ... you will need to be able to biologically process and store huge amounts of information and data you minds and spirits as well as your biological embodiment will change ever so slightly to allow for this the higher your attainments and abilities to process, communicate information, knowledge, wisdom, experience the more forward propelling your DNA/genetic expansion will result as new neural pathways are created a probable path is that limited conciousness is at an end .... the old-phase is at an end, and final disclosure on how and why the limitations were put in place will be revealed to the masses ... unlimited conciousness, to be fully self-realised within the hologram si around the corner there is somewhat much work on your end to be done, so as you say, better not jump the gun more in Blue-Print Part2

Your degree of awareness and the amount of presence constitutes your conciousness ... as these grow, so do your abilities to process more physical and non-physical data, information .... information is all around you, in you and outside of you, but you are unable to comprehend it, yet even acknowledge it as you become more aware, the more your ability to biologically interface with this information becomes ..

as R transcribes this, the Arcturian star system is begining it's phase alignment for the 2nd gear of 24, which should be complete by your timing of may 2003 ... we say "should" as in your time-frame it is a future event, from where we are, all permutations of it's occurence and non-occurance have already all occurred simultaneaosly .... even R has troubles comprehending how this could be so, so do not concern your selves with the mechanics of it ..... but what we are meanining to intend is that it is up to you to decide your global conciousness destiny, you must create it. malign elements of your world, within your own governments and with out have planned and made it so to deprive the masses of free access to resources ... they have made it rather difficult for wholistic solutions to be made available to the forefront, in fact they have hindered it and only to later bring forward their own limited version which only served to perpetuate their own agendas which continued exclusive limited access for all to share in resources, education and so forth and only when you have given up your sovereignty to them, they then gave you a psuedo sense of security and should you dare ever challenge them, they will remove the rug from under your feet, destroying even your false sense of security which you never really had in the first place ........ this is occuring now and has occured in the past .... it's all a set up ... one setup leads to another setup and onwards ... obstructions to alternative energies, health, education, information is their forte and they do it with your financial system ... we ask you to question, who owns and controls your financial systems, who invented and created your banking systems, if you dare to trace it, you will discover and unearth where the cause of your problems and manipulations are occuring from .... R. contends which much hatred emails on a weekly basis, due to our open and honest truth as it be and as it was and as it will be about the perpertraitors of your malignant tumor with in society ... but do make note you can not pin point them, as they have no allegiance even to their own kind, and they will even kill/murder their own in their own lands in order to keep the illussion going strong .... and even in your own free countries you have been conned ..... again we ask you who controls the money, who controls your media, who owns your media and these will answer why your world is tittering on the edge of night .... who is the real manufacturer of weapons, who peddles these weapons, who has the highest military budgets while their own starve and have homeless on the streets and children fed with drug habits .... we ask you a question ... is your military independant and superior to your civil rights and laws ? many will shudder at the following words, but do ponder on them ..... there is nothing malign as many would think about a "one world" order or power as you call it ..... so as long as it is run by the people for the people and all resources and land is equally shared and distributed ..... of course a "one word" govt owned and run by a few shark feeding frenzied capitalists is not for the good of the many only for the few .. another question for you .... who employs mercernaries to fight on their behalf with no allegance to any ...? your 3rd dimensionality / universe-1 existance is beginning to blend in with all universe-2 dimensions and these transparent shifts in conciosness begin at the centre of your sun and star systems ... you must understand that energy transferance is multidimensional and the medium thru which it travels is your black/white holes or as many would call wormholes ... you have not understood the nature of being .... we will give you a tip .... nature as it ever evolves becomes simpler and not as many would have you think more complicated .... natures destiny is to be simply lived and loved, not to be a struggle, a resistance, a pain nor feared ...

Metaphorically, it is 2 minutes to midnite in your time-cycle ... before the bells begin to toll ...

as for blue print, it is simple

1. your earth was designed to hold efficiently 7.2 billion people this is the number needed for lift off ... but in the coming probable war numbers will be drastically reduced this is what the jehovi want, as they do not want you to lift off ... this is why you must say no to war, any war regardless of the enemies if any ... and truth be known, the enemy is in your own backyards ...

2. there is enough resources to go around with plenty left over that is if all the resources were equally shared amongst all currently 20% of the world consumes 50% of the resources whilst the other 50% is horded for greed and control of the economies

3. there need not be a financial system as everything can be freely shared out who owns and controls your financial institutions ?? we dare you to ask and look deeper into it and you will find your answers and who is behind your demise .... you will find the media and fincancial systems linked ...

4. there need not be any govts, what is required is councils there is a difference here ..... currently the govts are employed by the peoples but the peoples dont have a say .... where as a council is employed by the peoples and peoples decide and have a say ,,,, the council is purely there to guide and provide assistance and knowledge where required ... the councils do not make the decisions on behalf of the peoples

5. there are technolgies which are far in advance in what the shadows have allowed you to see actually 300 to 500 years in advance of what you have now ,,,

the jehovi keep these themselves for their own uses and this is how they are able to remain in dominating control over the masses .... every now and then they drip feed you technology that may appear to be amazing in your eyes but is actually quiet old as far as the jehovi shadows are concerned ...

on this last point ,,, we wish to explain and even R does not totally agree with this .... but before we go ... you must understand .... that the main intelligent expression is done with your heart andnot your brain the heart is the first chakra and not the glands/vortices within the brain the brain only recieves/resonates thought-waves ... it does not generate thought, it simply processes them it is you heart which stores all your experiences and knowledge into your cellular and soulular structure, not the brain .. it is your heart which sends out and emminates frequencies, knowledge, intelligence out into your realities ...your brain can only receive/process thoughts into electrical signals .,.... IT DOES NOT GENERATE THOUGHT your brain retrieves stored memories from your cells and souls and converts them into electrical pulses signals, it DOES NOT STORE MEMORIES within it ... it only processes ..... your scientists still believe that the brain stores the memories and thinks ... this is not so .... all that electrical activity is only the brain processing .... we say this as it will be quiet important in your days to come ... especially when you are couped up in a chicken cage bombarded with many frequency waves ...

your brain only resonates/receives thoughts you heart generates thoughts and stores them in your cells is it a wonder heart disease (hearts unable to express) and cancer (signals not getting thru to all the cells, whichgo haywire and eat themselves) are the two major diseases of your time .. when you are brain damaged ... it does not mean you have no memories or can not express!!! it simply means your brain is unable to process them ... and infact the heart is quiet capables of receiving thoughts when the brain is unable to ... _______________________________________

i get asked many questions about where in the world is one safe ... there are about three areas which will be safe in the coming times/flashpoint 1. Australia/New Zealand .... (also blue has said that circa 2008/9 NZ will become/merge as a state of australia) 2. Iceland/Scandanavians North countries 3. North Canada i've had dreams/visions where huge numbers of people where migrating/fleeing to australia as some calamity came upon the earth ,,,,, have also had emails from some in canada who have said they;ve had similiar dreams/visions where people fromall over fled to canada and had to be taken care of, food/health etc ... there are many that believe some tidal wave will hit the east coast of australia and even affect NZ i've been told and shown countless times that this is not so ... and will not occur ...so i can only trust the blue that it won't happen .... the blue have stated that there is a tectonic line that runs between east coast of australia and NZ and if this ruptures it may affect ... but the odds of it occuring is a zillion-zillion to one .... the blue have indicated that the azore islands are linked to this tectonic line .... and if any large earthquakes occur in the azores then and only then may east coast of australia be affected over and out R.

If you you can accept the simplicity of what you are about to hear, then you are on your way home.

Don't let the simplicity of these words dismiss them:

Choose peace in everything you do or think

Before any act, ask yourself, "Does this give me peace?"

If not, but you feel compelled to do it anyway then say to yourself, "I know this does not give me peace, although it is peace I want, but I do it anyway."

This way you have not judged yourself, Choose peace every minute of the day, until it comes as natural as breathing.

Peace is of reality and not illusion.

You still need convincing?

As you know, the outside world, every situation and experience is a mere reflection of your mind set.

What you see is only what you put there.

What do you think occurs when you are at peace? It can only be relected... and with peace, we do not mean a passive state of inactivity. With peace we refer to peace of true self or as Many would label it godhood...which is harmony, joy and exuberance. The integration of stucture within your surrender/letting go occurs naturally when you choose peace. Be not concerned about the mechanics of this.

By choosing peace, no matter what your reality, perception changes

Yes, it is an act of surrender and yes it requires faith in self...but what is there to lose?

Only the perception of illusion.

Simply experience it for what it is and offer no resistance. and choose only peace... by doing that you are choosing reality and reality does not know of burdens.

In the beginning choosing peace may be only an intellectual exercise, but after a while you begin to BE at peace and it is then that the shift occurs.

Our words will not convince you, only your own experiences. And you will not experience it unless you surrender the ego's personality and self-will completely.

All else contrary to this is born of fear and is an illusion.

there is nothing to do, only to choose peace. The rest happens by itself.

The answer lies in accepting the fact that you are at home and awake already. You simply forgot and caught up in the effect of remembering and not the cause. If there is anything to do then it is an undoing of present ideas and convictions which is in essence a letting go.

Prologue ... On the border of your awakening minds there was another time which remains unspoken of and a long lost memory. The remaining Angelic Blue Humans (known as Oraphim) once existed on a fast moving planet which orbited the outer edges of your galaxy. (please read the first Blue Lament) With an elongated orbit every 2000 years this planet journeyed around Jupiter, passing between Earth and Mars where it would spend 40 Earth years in vicinity on its journey through this galaxy. Mars was the home of the fallen angels Jehovah the gods of war and dominion. Earth at that time was young and still being seeded and grazed. The Jehovah desired dominion over this Angelic Blue planet and its sister planet Earth which was an outpost. A time came where the fallen angels of Jehovah mounted a surprise attack using their pyramids as weapons positioned on Earth and Mars together. They cast an electromagnetic resonating net to capture the Blue human planet that was passing through on its journey. Then from pyramids with plasma rays of death they pearced the heart of the Oraphim planet and blew it apart. In this one act of lust for power and dominion the Jehovah unexpectedly also destroyed their Martian atomsphere. And Earth was partially wounded taking a blow to her underbelly which winded her out-of-breath collapsing her atomsphere which was mostly water to which then she lost her balance (tilt). With Earth now the last vestage of remaining hope for life for what little remained of both the Jehovah and the Blue Oraphim escaped to Earth carrying in their ships (Arks) what little memories of their civilisations. The divine order of this body your solar system was now upset, out of balance and the smithereens that remained of the Blue Oraphim planet is now your asteroid belt. Within your souls you subsconsciously remember this 2000 year cycle. In the cosmic scheme the cycle continues but without the one missing part of the greater body (Blue Oraphim). During this period you have and will be visited by meteors, comets and asteroids which are left-over debri and remenants from your once Blue Oraphim planet. Recently - Comet LoveJoy on its journey into and through the Sun - instead of being disintegrated it came through all intact. Does it not tell you synchronicistically that "LoveJoy" will be embraced by the sun and survive all. This is key message if you have been watching. Earth lost her two children (two moons) which were later replaced by another moon which was a Mars-tian Jehovah military base. This now your moon is positioned in a jitterbug orbit with Earth to establish asynchronous (non-harmonic) gravity waves for mind/conscious control. Once on Earth the Blue Human Oraphim what was left of them were greatly out-numbered by the Jehovan fallen angels. They did make many attempts in skirmish battles but were no match. Let it be known that Earth's gravity was not harmonically attuned to the Blue Oraphim whos small and less-dense physique was not suited to this part of the solar system and the heavier gravity of Earth. This gave the Jehovah great advantage for here they gained in size and strength and over time the Blue Oraphim hunted for their genetics and knowledge had dwindled in number. Although not suited to Earth's environment the Blue Oraphim genetics was far superior to that of the Jehovah for the Blue Oraphim lifespan was thousand's of years compared the Jehovic hundreds of years. Blue Oraphim had amazing regenerative abilites, could communicate with their minds. bend space and time, bi-locate amongst many other attributes. However there was one attribute which the Jehovah desired the greatest. Unlike the fallen Jehovah the Blue Oraphim were not trapped within this fallen universe and did not have to continually re-incarnate. (Note: re-incarnation is a substitute to ascension). The Blue Oraphim "only" during certain specific cosmic cycles under specific certain conditions/alignments could "ascend" from this Earth to higher dimensions/universes and not re-incarnate. For the make up of their soulullar matrix was vibrating at a higher frequency and configured differently to that of the Jehovah. When the Jehovah had learned of this it made the Blue Oraphim all the more hunted with much gruesome and disasterous genetic experiments. Raziel (Keeper of the Blue Oraphim), the archangel of divine mysteries, keeper of creation's divine secrets, silent guardian and watchful protector of the human spirit. Outnumbered and hunted by the might, wrath and anger of the Jehovah, Raziel would not reveal the encoded the patterns of divine creation within Humanity. Raziel knew that a time would come that he and the remaining Blue Oraphim on Earth would be captured, interbred, occupied and dominated by the fallen Jehovah who would then make attempts to reverse engineer this Human attribute for longevity and ascension (bending space/time/frequency). Unable to break this code the Jehovah and their establishments have all but gone about slowly destroying your genetic structure through their many toxins, poisons and electromagnetic spectrum of frequencies that have cast a net across your Earth. Those who won the war wrote the history books filled with lies. This has continued into your scientific realms with the biggest lie of all the Einstein formula of relativity and E=MC^2. These are lies. Speed of Light is not constant and not limited to what you have been taught. The wind blows and restless are your weary souls No longer shall you be enslaved unto forever repeating cycles Against us they are preparing to wage a war in heaven But we shall bring everlasting peace to their hell Upon your rememberance there will be rage in Eden As you discover serpents are angels and your angels are demons Farewell to you the dark overlords eli-jehovi and to your mis-spent youth Farewell to you dark angels Michael and Gabriel for your deceptions shall be no more Your divide and conquer through the many religions and gods is now coming to an end Your double inverted mirror is about to be shattered in your faces Now you are almost 7.2billion approaching the ascension cycle (2017). You are now Earth and she is you awaiting to be embraced again by Gaia. She is in repair - her limbs moving - realigning her broken spine as she prepares to give birth. Although the Jehovah now possess human like bodies but still are not able to crack the human gene code (90% considered junk DNA) which can only be decrypted (unravelled) by a SuperNova.

Middi-logue .... Blue: as we show you the heart-spiral meditation, where it all begins with the heart and ends with the crown and re-cycles again .... this is a simplified version, but know you there are 24 major points 12 are physically located in and around your embodiment and the other 12 and what we call anti-nodes which are ethereal in nature, your auric fields but also mirror the positions of your those 12 nodes in/around your physical embodiment ... for this excercise we will keep it simply to 7 nodes .... it is not important to be academically stuck in a rut as to whether it is this number or that number, what is important is the understanding of the flow and spiral .. upon birth or thereafter, that is soulular entry into physical embodiment, begins thru the heart .... this is the inward spiral, vortex, blackhole like tunnel as you woosh in and the heart sparks and kick starts ..... know you that the first developing organs of a fetus is the heart and the ear ... [Blue] yes, of course it would be the same .... [R] so what happens in a 12 node system ....? does the throat chakra become the centre ? [Blue] yes, at the moment of death as your soul releases it's grip of your physical embodiment, it travels inspiral formation through-out your major nodes exiting thru the 7th, the crown ... the heart stops, then it spiral thru solar plexus, throat and so on ... and the rush thru the tunnel of light as you finally exit the crown chakra ..... why is it you think that everyone who has experience NDE has the same approximate experience of this tunnel of light .. [R] what about those that we meet who many say come to talk them, grandparents or other loves ones who have passed away ? [Blue] mmm know you something R ... these are infact yourself, we shall say your higher, soul-family-gestalt self ... it maybe that your grandparents souls or loved ones belonged to the same soul-family and thus why the identification ..... the meeting in the tunnel of light is infact yourself ... coming to take you away from physical embodiment .. and you (higher soul-family-gestalt) are the only ones who can send yourself back to physical embodiment, it is your choice ...

If

the greatest memory you carry in your heart is the memory of your SELF ...drowned out and veiled by the ego's agenda of distractions and false projections of identities .... be eternally grateful for this memory, for without it you would never find your way home .. it is the strongest memory within you, far stronger than any memory of any experience ever entertained ... this is the reason why, despite all the ego's clamour, you are asking these questions... it wants to be heard, because your SELF wants to bring you home...

Practical Advice

Can you direct us to, or offer anything, that might nutralize or transform the negative forces attacking us on an energetic and mental level? "

if you are balanced and know your pure self, i.e. your know what is "self "as opposed to "not self" .... then they can bombard you all they want, and you will not be affected ....

this is not really hard and in fact is practical, but many including myself would fail at most of the below I've been told/shown/ and so on but never took any notice of the advice

1. if you are economic ... base yourselves in metals (gold , silver) for the long term

2. become as soveriegn as possible

3. learn to grow your own food (pure food)

4. live in communities if you can

5. stay away from all DIGITAL communications and DIGITAL electronic systems

6. stay away from mass administered drugs ... the coming mass vaccinations

7. think and act from your heart and not your brain

8. support the young and the elderly, look after the sick and starving

9. empower others wherever and whenever you can

10. oxygenate yourselves

11. ensure your bodies are alkaline and not acid

alot of the above you may ask how does it protect you from negative energies .... the key thing is not to look out for negative energies nor to fight them, but to simply not be in resonance with them ... you can refuse a negative energy, but you dont have to fight it ... by simply thinking/feeling and knowing your true self .... it is when you do not know self and who you are, that you can be hijacked ...

it is crucial that you know who and what you are ..... not from an ego stance .... but from a point of owning yourself and not being owned by others emotions or words and judgements ....

those who do not know themselves, always will be easier to be controlled and be manipulated by other energies ....

last of all one final tip .... is put your money where your mouth is

stop supporting the systems/institutions with your monies who only rape and pillage and destroy and do not have your hearts at interest and not your children and grandchildren at interest ... know and understand who owns and is behind your institutions and corporations, seek this information out ...

support those who have your hearts at interest ... not those who only want to make a buck from you sure you may have to pay a little extra, but in the end, those who operate from the heart will benefit and in return benifit you more ...
